ABOUT US
Sports USA is the longest tenured national syndicator of live Sunday afternoon NFL play-by-play on radio, with an estimated audience of over 10 million listeners for each Sunday doubleheader. Sports USA has been proudly broadcasting NFL games since 2002. In 2021, Sports USA added live NHL games to its portfolio, broadcasting games from the regular season and throughout the Stanley Cup Playoffs.
OUR HISTORY
1998
SPORTS USA IS FOUNDED
Pacific West Radio Sports (Later Sports USA) is founded by Larry Kahn. The company begins broadcasting select college football regular season & postseason Bowl games.
2001
COLLEGE FOOTBALL EXPANSION
Sports USA expands to broadcast a “College Football Game of the Week” with approximately 60 radio affiliates throughout the United States.
2002
SPORTS USA BEGINS NFL COVERAGE
Sports USA begins coverage of the National Football League, broadcasting 9 regular season games. The college football schedule expands to include the Big XII Championship Game.
2003
NFL EXPANSION
Sports USA broadcasts an NFL doubleheader each Sunday throughout the regular season.
2004
OVER 100 AFFILIATES
The number of affiliate stations carrying Sports USA football games grows to over 100.
2005
NFL BROADCASTING MILESTONE
Sports USA celebrates its 100th live NFL game broadcast.
2006
OVER 150 AFFILIATES
The number of affiliate stations carrying Sports USA football games grows to over 150.
2008

AFFILIATE GROWTH AND LITTLE LEAGUE CHAMPIONSHIP COVERAGE
Sports USA begins broadcasting the Little League Baseball American Championship Game and the World Championship Game. Total number of affiliates carrying Sports USA play by play grows to over 250.
2013
NEW PRODUCTIONS
Sports USA begins producing and syndicating “Conversations with Joe Morgan”, a radio show hosted by MLB Hall of Famer and two time MVP Joe Morgan and a weekly podcast with Super Bowl III MVP Joe Namath.

OVER 350 AFFILIATES AND 400 NFL GAMES BROADCAST
Sports USA celebrates its 400th live NFL game broadcast. Total number of affiliates carrying Sports USA programming grows to over 350.
